Food Processor OR High Speed Blender, all measurements can and should be changed to your preference! I recommend tomatoes and broccoli in this
- 4 zucchini (3 spiralized for pasta, one whole for alfredo)
- 1/3 cup soaked raw cashew
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 7ish sage leaves
- lemon juiced
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- >1 Tbs miso
- water (add more water for thinner texture)
I only used about a fourth of the batch of alfredo over 3 small spiralized zucchinis! Could have used more of it for more creamy decadence! Plenty for me though! Stuffed!!
