“I can’t go vegan, I work out a lot and I need protein.”

Hey athlete!  Been told you need protein/ to chug chocolate milk after your workout?? Oh, is your coach a registered dietitian on the side??  If you don’t believe my third point in The Odyssey , this isn’t even from my biased vegan friends.  This is right out of the Nutrition315 textbook:
