I’m going to try to make this nori roll recipe Sam Romano sent me:


Raw Organic Nori Sheets (wraps)
Red or Green Leaf Lettuce
Thinly Sliced Bell Pepper (Yellow & Red)
Pea or Sunflower Sprouts
Avocado, Sliced
Cauliflower Rice (pulsed with avocado, himalayan salt, lime juice & dulse in a food processor)
Carrot, Shredded

Place all of your ingredients in a thin line across your nori sheet and roll. Use a very sharp knife to slice your sushi pieces and put them on a platter

I’ma try to make zucchini noodles and mix in some slivered kelp and make some kinda nommmy dressing.. haven’t figured it out yett  .. we’ll see 🙂
