Day 2!


  • 2 bananas
  • like 5 soaked raw almonds
  • sprinkle of chia seeds
  • water
  • ice
  • spirulina
  • handfull of spinach!


I’m a sproutin!!  Barley and lentils:


horridlol this salad with the grapefruit on top lol so random so weird .. i’m working on it, ok!!?!?!!



Whole wheat penne with tomato sauce, mushrooms, and a sprinkle of daiya mozzarella! EVERYBODY LOOOVEEDD ITT!!!!!!



My dindin of 3 swiss chard leaves, a chopped apple, dried cranberries, and barley and lentil sprouts!  My friend maggie took my bowl back in the kitchen and said to the chefs, “Make us salad that looks like this!!”  lol so sweet!!!
