As far as reads go, there is nothing better to keep in the drawer next to your bed than a Women’s Health, Vegetarian Times, or Yoga Journal!

Get educated, inspired, and excited!  So many great fitness mags out there, they all have awesome new discoveries, advice, workouts, ohmygosh so much power on paper!  My personal alltime fave: Woman’s Health <3.  There is ALWAYS brilliant beyond brilliant research displayed portrayed for the average shmo to comprehend.  Get it.  Now.
