James Stonestreet: Personal Trainer!? lucky me!

This morning James Stonestreet taught me so much!!  Not only did I learn great toning exercises, but he also went into technique, muscles I didn’t know existed, different types of muscles, girl workouts vs. guy workouts, and how to get the most out of a workout.  

He told me that ectomorphs have fast metabolisms and find it difficult to gain weight/muscle mass, so their workouts consist of heavy weights and then quickly switching weight/muscle group (little recovery time in-between).

Also, he said female workouts consist of more reps with light weights, and heavy weights with low reps are for building mass.

To get the most out of a workout, James says its all about control to work the correct muscles.  People think more weight is best but then they loose their technique, making the workout less effective. BRILLIANT JAMES!  THANK YOU FOR THE WORKOUT!
