People are always asking how to transition to vegan, I suggest trying vegetarian first, and this meal, although it is lacking vegetables, haha, is vegetarian! Without even trying to avoid meat, this guy don’t need no meat to satisfy!
All Austin’s gotta do: substitute his yogurt for something like:
- apple with peanut butter
- cucumbers/celery and hummus
- banana or any fresh fruit
- vegetable side dish like broccoli
and he’ll be on the road to superhero status!!
