A banana, an orange, my roomie’s mother’s amazing homemade granola, and a sprinkle of spirulina! ❤

Dinner at Hillenbrand Dining Hall:
- Quinoa Pecan Salad in separate bowl
Salad Includes:
- Spinach
- Cucumber, Broccoli, and Radish on outside rim
- Shredded Carrot, Diced Tomato, Dried Cranberries
- Scallion, Cilantro
- Olive Oil, Ground Flax (I brought with me in jar on right)
I grind my flax in a coffee grinder because my dietitian told me that the nutrients in flax, like the very important omega-3 fatty acids, are more readily absorbed that way! Also, I like the texture better!
